The registration phase begins as soon as the paper has been accepted. For the benefit of author’s choice , two registration tracks have been provided. One has to complete the following FOUR registration steps. The two publication tracks : There are TWO tracks in this conference, (1) Elsevier Track and (2) IDES Track. The Elsiever track. The print media of the papers submitted to Elsevier Track will be published by the Elsevier Science & Technology and the print media proceedings will be distributed (by post) within 2-3 months of the conference to each of the registered authors. The IDES track. The CRPs submitted to IDES Track will be published by the IDES CPS made available in SearchDL Library.
Step 1 - Registration Fee First Author Registration Fees
First AuthorRegistration Fees is mandatory for all the papers. Authors, who are availing deduction, shall submit the attested copy of the relevant membership card at the information desk (of the conference vene). Extra Charges (if applicable)
Additional Registration Fees - Co-Author or Attendee/Listener or Spouse
Additional Registration Fees is applicable to second registration of any co-author of an already registered paper. If the co-authors of a paper is looking for additional registration above frees are applicable. This fees ia also applicable to Attendees or Listeners or Spouses who wish to particiate in the conference and discussions. One Additional Registration includes participation in all technical programs, the CD media of the Proceedings, Attendance, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks for one delegate. PAYMENT NOTE: Mention your Paper ID with Conference Acronym or the Registered Author Name at the payment subject. Step 2 - Registration It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered but limitted to maximum TWO registrations and presentation. The papers of quality are assigned to LONG, FULL and REGULAR paper categories by the reviewers based on the International standards in vogue and also based on the extent of the content revealed. NO change in category is allowed and possible. Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to tece.chair @ gmail.com Step 3 - Copyright Transfer Authors submitting their papers to Elsevier Track may use Elsevier copyright form, and the authors submitting the CRP and registration form to IDES Track may use the ACEE Copyright Form. The failure in adhering to the specific format norms will result in rejection. All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted).
