The conference is organised by the IDES and the Association of Civil and Environmental Engineers. All the published papers will be submitted to possible indexing in all the major indexing services like EI, ISI Web of Science, DBLP, IET Inspec, Scopus and etc. Selected, registered papers will be published in the special issues of the following journal GRENZE International Journal of Engineering and Technology (GIJET) On March 11, the WHO(World Health Organization) has declared the assessment of the risk of spread and impact of COVID-19 to very high at the global level and Characterized as ‘Global Pandemic’. As your safety is our top priority and concern, the Organizing Committee added the online/Video presentation for presenters in addition to the oral presentation and poster presentation. If you cannot attend the conference because of the COVID-2020, you are recommended to choose online/Video presentation.
